Brianna Voron handles each shipment with the utmost care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition. Each artwork is shipped with an official Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the integrity and provenance of your piece. If you did not receive your certificate or if it was lost or damaged, please contact Voron, and she will be happy to issue a replacement.

Holiday Shipping Notice

To ensure your artwork arrives in time for the holidays, please place your order by December 12. This will give Voron ample time to process, pack, and ship your piece to you before Christmas. Orders placed after this date may still be processed but are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery due to shipping carrier limitations.

Please, reach out to Voron early if you have specific shipping questions or concerns—especially for international or oversized pieces. She will do her best to accommodate any special requests and ensure your artwork is delivered safely and promptly.

What is the 'To Be Determined' Shipping Option?

The "To Be Determined" shipping option ($1 placeholder) applies to:

  • International Orders

  • Oversized or Custom Pieces

When you select this option at checkout:

  1. Voron will contact you after your purchase to confirm your shipping details.

  2. A tailored shipping quote will be provided based on your location and the artwork's size.

  3. You’ll receive a separate invoice for shipping costs, which must be approved and paid before your order is shipped.

Can I Get a Shipping Quote Before I Buy?

International Shipping

Voron ships worldwide. Rates vary by destination and service, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply, depending on your country.

Unstretched or Unframed Artwork

For select pieces, Voron offers the option to ship artwork unstretched or unframed to reduce shipping costs and ensure safe delivery. Please reach out to confirm if this is available for your piece and to receive a quote.

What Happens If I Proceed Without a Quote?

By selecting the "To Be Determined" option and completing your purchase, you agree to pay the necessary shipping costs to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Returns

Voron does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind reasons. Each piece of artwork is carefully crafted and sold with the understanding that it is a final purchase.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Voron immediately. She takes the condition of your artwork seriously and wants to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is damage during shipping, she will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairing or replacing the artwork.

Please email Voron at contact@briannavoron.com with photographs of the damage and the packaging within 5 days of receiving your order, so we can begin the claims process with the shipping carrier.
